Osvaldo Golijov – How slow the wind

Some classikON-ers went to the Acacia Concert on August 31 – A Sense of Connection. At the concert they performed Osvaldo Golijov’s “How slow the wind” and we both really enjoyed it, so I found another performance so you could also enjoy this wonderful work.

The song was fashioned from two short Emily Dickinson poems and he wrote the work in response to the accidental death of his friend Mariel Stubrin.
