Australian World Orchestra: Maestro Riccardo Muti

Legendary Italian conductor Maestro Riccardo Muti from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra is the AWO’s guest conductor for 2018. Maestro Muti will join 89 of Australia’s finest musicians from the world’s greatest orchestras for 3 exhilarating performances.

Presenting a rapturous program of the ‘radiant and bucolic’ 2nd Symphony by Brahms and Tchaikovsky’s life-affirming’ Symphony No. 4 and we’re sure the world’s most acclaimed Verdi conductor will thrill us with a Verdi surprise as well.
