In awarding its inaugural mentorship prize, Sutherland Trio introduces Amogus Trio to the exciting experience of collaborating with living composers.

After a week of intensive rehearsals in partnership with the University of Melbourne composition department staff and students, Sutherland and Amogus will perform classic and contemporary piano trios culminating in a world premiere performance of a double piano trio by a mystery composer!

Amogus Trio were the overall winners of Strike A Chord and were chosen by Sutherland Trio for their insightful and sophisticated artistry.
