Description
Our door sales representative is armed with a kit ready to respond to the variety of needs a concert at a unique space requires. They will be there to help your audience be welcomed to your concert, in person and with relevant signage.
They will be at your concert for 2 hours and we will discuss with you, how you would like those hours distributed in terms of before concert starts and allowing for latecomers. You will be provided with the name and contact details for your classikON representative.
Within 48 hours of the concert, a reconciliation will be emailed and payment of the ticket sales.
We arrive with a complete kit, which we regularly add to as we see opportunities to provide a better service.
Some of our kit contents are:
- Cash box and float
- Credit card payment facilities
- Paper tickets as proof of purchase and for VIPs
- Signs for pricing, directions, reserve seats… plus many more!
- Tablecloth
Terms and Conditions
- We require that you have listed the concert on classikON, you can do that for free here.
- One classikON representative is provided and if you expect more than 75 people purchasing at the door, you need to purchase a second classikON representative.
- You must purchase 1 month prior to the performance for our team scheduling.
- At the venue, provide a table in a well lit position, and perhaps a chair.
- Provide a safe environment for our representative.
- Concert entry front of house service only provided if positioned at the door to the concert like at a smaller venue.
- We charge an additional 2.5% per ticket for door sales.
- Sales of CDs and other merchandise is not included and must be discussed with prior to the concert.
